The Ole Miss Chapter
Sophia graduated from the University of Mississippi in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
Her time at Ole Miss gave her the opportunity to grow, experience life in a new place, and build a strong foundation in creativity, business, and entrepreneurship. A year into her post-grad chapter, she is back in Florida bringing that same growth-minded energy into the work she does today.

As Director of Operations, Sophia helps support the day-to-day structure behind Kap Rate Group and Kap Rate Living. Her role touches everything from organization and communication to marketing support, team coordination, onboarding, and keeping projects moving forward.
With a background in marketing and entrepreneurship, Sophia brings a creative but organized approach to the Kap Rate brands — helping make sure the details are handled, the team stays aligned, and the company continues to grow with purpose.
